Commissioned work for Bruchsal
I have finished a new orchestra piece recently. “Kaleidoskop” was commissioned for the Eurofestival 2014 in Bruchsal, it is dedicated to the Landesjugendzupforchester Sachsen which will play the first performance during the festival.
“Passagen” finished
On Tuesday I finished my project “Passagen”, a concert piece for guitar solo dedicated to the guitar player Judith Beschow for her exam this year.
Ravel for plucked string orchestra
2012 is finished, and so is my current project “Ravel”. It is a transcription of “Le Tombeau de Couperin” for plucked string orchestra, commissioned by the Landeszupforchester Berlin. It will be performed on 9 June 2013 in the Passionskirche in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

A commission from Japan
My first commissioned work “Cantô” is finished. Is was written for Michiko Mataoka and the Ensemble Testa Calda who are playing the first performance in February 2013.

My piece “Rituel” has been published by Joachim-Trekel-Musikverlag.
Awardee at the composition competition »José Fernández Rojas 2010«
My composition “Rituel” has received the 1st prize at this year’s composition competition “José Fernández Rojas” The jury announced its decision on Saturday, 11th December 2010 during a concert of the plucked string orchestra “La Orden de la Terraza”. The award includes prize money of 2,500 euros.
“BOKEH” finished
“BOKEH” for two mandolins is finished. Being a first step toward minimal music, the composition is dedicated to Caterina Lichtenberg and Mike Marshall.
