My guitar trio “sarek” has been premièred early November by Erik Elias, Judith Beschow, and Timon Jahn in Brandenburg an der Havel. A recording of the concert is now online:
SONATE Nr. 1 for guitar solo finished
After a first not valid piece in teenage years, I have now finished my first mature guitare sonata. The work was commissioned by Timon Jahn and it is dedicated to him. Timon studies classical guitar at the UdK Berlin with Marco Tamayo.
It is a large-scale work in four movements that makes full use of the guitar’s expressive possibilities and is not inferior to classical-romantic sonatas in terms of scope and content.
Concerto Nr. 4 published
I am very happy to announce that Joachim-Trekel Musikverlag published my Concerto Nr. 4 for clarinet and plucked string orchestra.
Romanze for two guitars is being premiered
I am very happy that my Romanze for two guitars is being performed in public by its dedicatees, the Duo Jucorda. The concert is held on 21 October at 5 p.m. in the Schiller-Gymnasium Bautzen.
“Burleske Szenen” published on CD
Ariane Lorch has just published her CD “Colors“ with pieces for mandolin solo. One of the works is my “Burleske Szenen”.
